Hummingbird Counseling Services is an in-network provider with the following insurance companies: Highmark, UPMC, United Healthcare/Optum, Aetna, Cigna.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept credit cards, debit cards, cash and checks (made out to Hummingbird Counseling Services LLC).

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand to avoid being charged $50.00 for late cancellations.

If you DO NOT SHOW for your scheduled appointment, you will be responsible for the $60 fee for the missed appointment.
